“Core Distortion Release” (CSCDR)

These CSCDR protocols result in long-term structural changes. They will release restrictions in the soft tissue holding patterns throughout the body, specifically of the cranium and SBS (Sphenobasilar Synchondrosis), mechanical restrictions, and related fluid and energy congestion.

The CSCDR protocol is preformed with sufficient force to enable the cranium to release torsion restrictions in all SBS ranges of motion. The amount of force varies with each client, as well as with each restriction, as is appropriate with all soft tissue unwinding. This is a myofascial unwinding – holding steady pressure and let the soft tissue soften and unwind.
